TWEENCALL starts operating a new Call Center facility in Craiova, dedicated to Customer Support and Inbound Sales. At present, TWEENCALL employs more than 600 Call Center operators.

We moved into a new house in Caracal! The new TWEENCALL Call Center provides modern working conditions for 50 workstations organized in a newly built space with an area of 140 sqm.

Our new Outbound Center is established in Cotroceni Business Center. Fully equipped, with modern facilities for training and recruitment, TWEENCALL Outbound Center employs 80 workstations and houses Telesales, Collection, Lead Generation, Contract Renewal, and Market Research projects.

Beginning of the year brings good news – Infoline and Directory Assistance calls will be served from the new TWEENCALL locations in Galati and Brasov.
